Find engineers working at startups

We keep tabs on all the engineers working at top startups, monitoring their online profiles for recent changes and upcoming work anniversaries. We use this to send you a daily list of LinkedIn profiles for engineers who are likely willing to consider new jobs.
  • Job Anniversaries – When reaching a vesting cliff for their shares or options, engineers may look to diversify and start gaining equity at another startup.
  • Updated Companies – Startup hiring is volatile. Engineers joining a new startup may decide to leave soon after joining.
  • Updated Job Title – A new promotion may be used to get hired at a similar level at a new company. Updating a profile to contain past promotions may be an indication of job-hunting.
