We keep tabs on all the engineers working at top startups, monitoring their online profiles for recent changes and upcoming work anniversaries. We use this to send you a daily list of LinkedIn profiles for engineers who are likely willing to consider new jobs.
- Job Anniversaries – When reaching a vesting cliff for their shares or options, engineers may look to diversify and start gaining equity at another startup.
- Updated Companies – Startup hiring is volatile. Engineers joining a new startup may decide to leave soon after joining.
